Our nurse practitioners bring expanded knowledge in spine care, wound care, and cortisone knee injections—overall nursing experience in home health, medical-surgical, critical care, and cancer care. We incorporate telehealth into care management. The nurse practitioners perform medical visits at the home, group homes, and assisted living facilities and refer to specialists when needed.

When you call the office, the voice on the other side will follow office workflow procedures and ensure that the providers are made aware of your needs. The team strive for reliability, safety, and quality service.    Since communication is the key to a solid relationship, we aim to provide exceptional care within a trusting culture.

 Patients and families will have direct access to the nurse practitioner 24 hours a day. The nurse practitioners will assess and implement care based upon clients' individual needs because no one plan fits all. The team will follow up with clients on labs and other diagnostics results even when there is no change to management.
